Solicitor
Oliver joined Bramhalls in September 2025 upon qualification, having trained at a regional law firm in Greater Manchester. Prior to training as a solicitor, Oliver studied Law at Durham University, where he also captained the University’s boxing club and served as President of its Commercial Affairs Society.
As a trainee, Oliver’s enthusiasm for employment law was clear. As well as conducting a seat in Employment during his training contract, Oliver spent time outside of work attending seminars on employment law and co-authoring an article on the Employment Rights Bill.
Oliver assists with and advises on a variety of both litigious and non-litigious matters, ranging from unfair dismissal and whistleblowing claims to the drafting of documents, such as a settlement agreements.
In his spare time, Oliver enjoys going to the gym, running and watching his beloved Liverpool FC. He also serves as a Social Director at Manchester Young Lawyers.
