We are a team of specialist employment solicitors, working with HR departments of established organisations on interesting and complex work. We advise on the full range of employment law issues, including high value employment disputes, industrial relations, executive terminations, complex discrimination, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants, representation in employment tribunals and in relevant High Court proceedings. We are recognised by both leading UK legal directories for the services we provide.

The work we carry out is demanding, but also enjoyable and stimulating. Our clients are based around the UK and expect speedy, pragmatic and legally compliant solutions to their problems and issues, with us guiding and supporting them to a successful conclusion on them. We are passionate about our business and proud of the clients we work with and the relationships we’ve built. As such any solicitors we employ should be technically proficient and confident, but post qualification experience will not be as important as a desire to be the best employment law solicitor they can be.

The team has no financial targets, as we rate our solicitors on the speed and quality of their advice and care. We are based in a small village on the Wirral, with easy parking and access to the motorways. To ensure that our solicitors are able to properly help and support one another, and to provide the best service possible for the client, we prefer to be office based.
