Experienced Employment Solicitor

A great opportunity for a specialist employment solicitor to join an established and growing, friendly, team of experts, acting for employers.

Bramhalls is a specialist Legal 500, and Chambers listed employment law practice located between Chester and the Wirral. Expertise in employment law must be a given; we are looking for a strong team player with relevant experience of acting for employers who can work efficiently and proactively alongside our clients.

With no financial targets we concentrate on providing expert responsive support, which is pragmatic, cost effective and commercially sensible. We are passionate about our business and proud of the clients we work with and the relationships we’ve built, so we are looking for someone equally enthusiastic who is keen to grow and develop with the firm.

The successful candidate is likely to need a minimum of 10+ years’ relevant PQE. As we are looking to expand our team, we will consider all levels of seniority and our focus is on the right fit for both our clients and colleagues.

To achieve the best results for our clients we are normally office based, this provides great opportunity for continued development and an exchange of knowledge within the team. We do however actively promote a healthy work-life balance and provide flexibility to meet both our employee and client needs.

As expected of a specialist employment law firm dealing almost exclusively with employer work, we deal with all the challenges an HR team can come across. This includes complex and high value employment disputes, industrial relations, executive terminations, complex discrimination, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants, and employment tribunals, to name a few.

We also support our clients, and a number of colleges and CIPD branches with training and development which all in all makes our work incredibly varied.

This is a real opportunity to do quality work with quality clients, based nationally and internationally, but without a city centre commute and heavy pressures of financial targets.

Quality experience of working with HR Managers is required and salary will be competitive and dependent on experience.
