Solicitor
An experienced employment lawyer, Adam advises on complex workplace issues and represents clients at Employment Tribunal. He also delivers engaging employment law training for the CIPD and a wide range of employers.
Adam qualified as a solicitor in local government before specialising in employment law, where he has since built extensive experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters.
At Bramhalls, Adam advises on the full spectrum of employment issues, including trade union disputes, organisational restructures and redundancies, complex contractual variations, and negotiations with senior executives. He has achieved notable successes before the Employment Tribunal, including securing a substantial costs award in favour of his client, and continues to handle a range of challenging and high-profile cases.
Adam is also an experienced presenter and trainer, regularly delivering employment law training sessions for CIPD, colleges, and a wide range of clients. His sessions cover key developments in employment law, practical HR issues, and best practice for managing complex workplace matters.
Outside of work, Adam is a keen sports enthusiast. After a decade playing 1st XV rugby with Anselmians RUFC, he now spends more time on the golf course. A new homeowner, he continues to refine his DIY skills – though the fitted wardrobes remain a work in progress.
