Adam Bramhall

Adam first joined Bramhalls for 6 months in 2016 to cover for the absence of their trainee he then joined Cheshire West and Chester Council’s in-house legal department. He qualified as a solicitor in local government and joined Bramhalls permanently as an employment solicitor in April 2022.

Adam completed his training contract in local government. Upon qualification, he changed specialisms to employment and has practiced in that area since.

Adam has advised on the entire spectrum of litigious and non-litigious matters at Bramhalls. This includes trade union disputes, reorganisations, restructures & redundancy, complex contractual changes, and negotiations with senior employees. Adam has had some significant results at Tribunal, including a substantial costs award in our client’s favour and has several interesting and challenging Tribunal cases.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys playing almost any sport. After nearly 10 years playing 1st XV rugby with Anselmians RUFC, Adam is hoping to retire to the golf course. As a new homeowner, he dusted off the DIY skills but, nearly one year on, the fitted wardrobes are yet to be completed.
