Phil Bramhall has been a solicitor since 1987 and has specialised in employment law, advising, training and representing employers in both the private and the public sectors. He is also an accredited workplace mediator and a registered agent with the RFU.
Phil was an in-house solicitor for over six years in two Local Education Authorities. Since then, Phil has been a partner with two commercial law firms, heading up teams of lawyers providing employment law support to; local, national and international companies, sports clubs, universities, colleges, employers, local authorities, utilities and government departments. Throughout his career, Phil has worked in partnership with his clients, mainly through HR teams, to provide solutions to various problems, as well as strategies for improvement. Phil’s work has involved consideration of, and advice, on the implications of UK and European legislation, including the Human Rights Act. Over 30 Years experience handling individual and trade union disputes, strikes, restrictive covenants, redundancies, reorganisations, discrimination and TUPE.
A little About Me
In his spare time, Phil is making efforts to learn Spanish and get more exercise. He is also a keen supporter of Sale Sharks and the England rugby teams, as well as an infrequent and inadequate supporter of his local Anselmians Rugby Club.
