Adam Bramhall

Solicitor

Adam first joined Bramhalls for 6 months in 2016 to cover for the absence of their trainee he then joined Cheshire West and Chester Council’s in-house legal department. He qualified as a solicitor in local government and joined Bramhalls permanently as an employment solicitor in April 2022.

Adam specialised in children and adults safeguarding whilst in local government but also completed a corporate seat as part of his training contract. Upon qualification he changed specialisms to employment and has practiced in that area since.

His work to date has included advice on settlement agreements for both the employer and employee as well as broader advice relating to contracts and company policy and procedure. He holds a caseload of unfair dismissal and discrimination tribunal claims as well as assisting on more complex claims.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys playing almost any sport, this is mainly in the form of rugby (to a decent standard) and golf (to a much lower standard). As a soon to be homeowner he is ready to dust off his DIY skills, as long as Ikea remember to include all the parts.
